A global biopharmaceutical company is developing next generation medicines specifically designed to effectively inhibit cancer cell dissemination, eliminate cancer, and terminate cancer lethality, and therefore increase the longevity and quality of life of all cancer patients around the world. The Chinese market is very attractive to the company, however, they needed help understanding the local landscape and how to obtain local authority approval.
Solution
The company contracted CUBIC to construct and execute its China market entry strategy plan, which included:

  • Establishing testing channels with hospitals to further the drug authority approval efforts
